It is snowy out there today. Really snowy. This winter has just been one long snow-covered excuse to stay inside and brew some beer. And brew we have. It has been fun to experiment with some interesting ingredients, meanwhile devouring book after book on beer-making, and hopefully by the first leaf of spring we’ll have some delicious samples to start passing around.
